Returns Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days after day of purchase providing your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it, including in the original packaging. 

Please email us BEFORE making any returns at: info@dollbabylondon.uk If you fail to email us beforehand, there may be a delay in processing your refund.

Please note that you are responsible for return postage costs and the safe return of merchandise.  We suggest you return using a signed and trackable method.

REFUNDS 

Refunds will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment, within 3-5 working days of receiving the item back.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

Due to hygiene reasons, we can only exchange items that are unused and in their original packaging (unless defective).

All Returns Should be Sent With a Note Including Your Full Name and Order ID to Prevent any Delay With The Refund/Exchange Process.
