Delivery & Returns
UK Customers Receive FREE 1st Class Delivery on Every Order
All orders come with Completely FREE 1st Class Delivery for our UK customers. Items sent by 1st Class delivery usually arrive in 1-3 working days. If your item has still not arrived after five working days, please contact us so that we can resolve the problem for you.
We also offer Royal Mail Signed For delivery for £1.75 which will require a signature upon receipt
We also offer a guaranteed next day delivery service via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This comes with a £7.50 charge (please select the Special Delivery Next Day option on the delivery method drop down menu on checkout). If your order is placed before 2PM (Monday to Friday), your order will be dispatched the same day. If your order is placed after 2PM, it will be dispatched on the next working day.
Orders placed on Bank Holiday's will be dispatched on the next working day.
All orders are packed carefully to ensure they arrive with you in pristine condition. If your items arrive faulty or not as described please contact us immediately so that we can resolve any problems for you.
Orders placed before 2PM Monday to Friday are posted the same day. Orders placed after 2PM are posted on the next working day (orders placed after 2PM on a Friday are posted on the Monday, providing it is not a bank holiday). We are unable to post items on a Saturday or Sunday, or on bank holidays.
Customers Outside of The UK
We post to customer in countries around Europe for a flat rate of £7.95. This includes tracking and will require a signature upon delivery.
International orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For. Please allow 5-10 days for your order to arrive depending on your location. However in some cases items may take up to 15 working days to arrive.
Our charges do not include customs or import duties which may be applied to your order by the relevant authorities. We have no control of these and it is your separate responsibility to pay for them.
We accept returns up to 14 days after day of purchase providing your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it, including in the original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, eyelashes can not be returned when they have been taken out of their storage containers.
Please note that you are responsible for the postage costs of returning items to us. We suggest you post using a trackable method or keep your postage receipt incase your package gets lost by Royal Mail or your shipping carrier.

Refunds will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment, within 2-5 days of receiving the item back.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
Due to hygiene reasons, we can only exchange items that are unused and in their original packaging (unless defective).
All Returns Should be Sent With a Note Including Your Full Name and Order ID to Prevent any Delay With The Refund/Exchange Process.
