Delivery & Returns


Due to the Coronavirus situation, our warehouse teams and delivery partners are having to work with a reduced number of staff.  Consequently, this means that on the rare occasion, your delivery time may be slightly extended.  (Unless you select ‘Royal Mail Special Delivery’ upon checkout whereby your order is guaranteed to arrive next day by 1pm when ordering before 2pm Mon-Fri).

If your item has still not arrived after seven working days, please contact us via email so that we can resolve the problem for you:

Our daily cut off time is 2pm.  All orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Options:

Orders over £25.00 will be delivered Fast & Free!  1-3 working days 

Standard Delivery - Royal Mail 48: £1.95  2-4 Working Days
Express Mail - Royal Mail 24:  £2.49  1-3 Working Days

Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm Next Day:  £7.95 (Order Mon-Fri by 2pm)

Royal Mail 24 Signed For: £3.25  1-3 Working Days

International Delivery:

Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed For:  £9.95 5-15 Working Days

International orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For. Please allow 5-15 working days for your order to arrive depending on your location.  Our charges do not include customs or import duties which may be applied to your order by the relevant authorities.


All orders are packed carefully to ensure they arrive with you in pristine condition. If there are any issues with your order, please contact our Customer Care team immediately by email at the address below so that we can resolve any problems promptly and give you the correct return address.

We accept returns within 30 days from purchase.

Please note, you are responsible for the return postage costs and ensuring the items arrive safely back to us.  Returns must reach us within 30 days from the date you placed your order.  We cannot be held responsible for returns that have been lost by Royal Mail, therefore we suggest you return items using a trackable method or keep proof of postage.

Refunds will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment, within 3-5 working days after receiving the item back.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

Due to hygiene reasons, we can only exchange items that are unused and in their original packaging (unless defective).

All returns should be sent with a note including your order number to prevent any delay with the returns process.
