IMPORTANT UPDATE RE DISPATCH DELIVERY & ROYAL MAIL SERVICES:
Due to the current Coronavirus situation and subsequent announcement from our government on 23rd March 2020, our warehouse teams and delivery partners are having to work with a reduced number of staff. Consequently, this means that your order despatch time may be slightly extended and delivery time will now be between 2-7 working days.
We will continue to offer our customers FREE Delivery via Royal Mail First Class. However, due to the current situation, there may be some disruptions which are outside of our control. Our delivery partners and us, ask that you please bear with us during these unprecedented times. We are processing shipments as fast as we can, as our priority is to get customer orders delivered as quickly as possible. We are continually monitoring the situation and will update you accordingly.
SPECIAL DELIVERY SERVICES:
Royal Mail will no longer be guaranteeing deliveries for next day 1pm services posted from 19th March onwards.
Royal Mail will no longer be asking for a signature for items delivered on or after 14th March 2020. Instead a name will be taken and the name and confirmation of delivery can still be viewed on the Royal Mail Track and Trace website: www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
